ABOUT THE PODCAST

If you're here, you're still not dead.

Still Not Dead is a podcast for anyone facing a life‑threatening illness, caring for someone who is, or rebuilding life after treatment, from the perspectives of both the patient and the carer.

We're not medical practitioners.

We're a loving couple with seventy years combined experience coaching clients on mindset, empowerment, and self‑healing.

And now we're walking this path too.

This show chronicles our real journey through leukemia and the life that changed with three words: "You have leukemia."

We'll share it all.

Tears, snot blocks, tantrums, infections, ICU stays.

The strain on our relationship and how we're reshaping it.

And the unexpected joy, humour, and gratitude that keep showing up.

You'll hear what's helping us stay sane, connected, and hopeful.

Not perfect.

It will be Present. Honest. Alive.

If you're still not dead, join us.

Big love, Martin and Natalie 🧡

"We didn't know what was coming. But we knew

we had each other."

Martin Eade

Author · Elite Athlete · Sales Coach · Cancer Survivor

Martin is an author, elite athlete, world traveller, lover of fine food, cancer survivor, and a champion of positivity. Before his leukemia diagnosis, he'd earned a reputation as Australia's most effective sales coach, working with over 2,000 businesses across 138 industries worldwide.

His success didn't spare him from hard times. He overcame testicular cancer in his twenties, walked through two failed marriages, liquidated a business he built over 25 years, and now faces leukemia with grit and grace.

The skill he covets most, and coaches every client to develop, is the athlete's mindset. It's the same mindset he activated when he was unexpectedly diagnosed on January 16, 2026.

Drawing on forty years of coaching and lived experience, Martin brings a unique blend of perspective, humour, and hard-won tools to the Still Not Dead podcast.

Natalie Southgate

Hay House Author · Jungian Psychotherapist · Creator of Chakradance™

Natalie is a Hay House author, Jungian psychotherapist, and the creator of Chakradance™, a powerful healing movement modality that works beyond words. Since the late 1990s, Chakradance™ has grown into a global phenomenon, with over a thousand accredited facilitators sharing this work in more than 70 countries.

Her work bridges psychology, energy healing, and embodied practice, offering a path where intuition meets structure and soul meets strategy.

She's been featured in USA Today, Forbes, and Entrepreneur, recognized as part of the rising movement in conscious leadership and transformational business.

In 2020, Natalie was diagnosed with an inoperable brain meningioma which, thankfully, has reduced in size and is now in remission. She brings that lived experience to Still Not Dead as a carer, sharing candidly the challenges, tenderness, and grit of supporting a partner through leukemia.

Today she runs a global enterprise, raises a family, and brings wisdom, grounded compassion, and a little mischief to the mic.
